LegacyApp GOLD is a paid plan (99 USD/year) in the LegacyApp app with supervised delivery. If automated email and SMS notifications don't reach your Beneficiary within 7 days, a real person (the Guardian) contacts them by phone, text and social media. The Guardian never sees the contents of your notes.

How it works

Your notes reach the right person, even if the first messages go unanswered.

Emails land in spam, phone numbers change, and recipients ignore messages from unknown senders. The GOLD Plan is for those who cannot afford to risk their notes not reaching the right person.

Use LegacyApp as normal

Use LegacyApp as you normally would: collect important notes and confirm that everything is fine.

When something happens to you, the app sends an email and text message to your designated Primary Beneficiary.

If they do not respond within 7 days, the GOLD Guardian steps in. They make personal contact: phone, SMS, social media, alternative addresses.

Your notes stay safe. The Guardian sees only the relevant Beneficiary's contact details and action instructions. They never see the contents of your notes.

Privacy and information security

How we protect your notes

The GOLD Plan is physically separated from the main LegacyApp application. You can log in via a dedicated panel once our consultant activates the service.

Separation from your vault

The GOLD Plan has no access to your notes, files or data. Your vault remains exclusively yours.

No passwords

Panel access requires a one-time PIN sent to your email each time. As long as you have email access — you have GOLD panel access.

Our Guardian does not have access to your notes

Our Guardian only sees the contact details of the main Beneficiary and the instructions — never your notes.

Full transparency

Each action of our Guardian is logged on our system. Our Guardians only see the main Beneficiary's contact information.

How does the GOLD Plan differ from the free and Premium plans?

The free and Premium plans use only automated email and text message notifications. The Beneficiary receives messages, but there is no way to add extra contact information.

Our GOLD plan comes with an additional dashboard and a Guardian — a real person who actively tries to contact your main Beneficiary using different channels: phone, text messages, social media, back-up addresses if your main Beneficiary is not reacting to the automatic messages.

Does the Guardian see my LegacyApp notes?

Absolutely not. Our GOLD plan is separated from LegacyApp. The Guardian can only see the contact details of the main Beneficiary.

Authentication is via a one-time PIN. Every action is logged on our system accessible from your client dashboard.

What happens if the Beneficiary is not responding despite the Guardian's actions?

The Guardian contacts the Substitute Beneficiaries, one by one in accordance with the sequence and timetable you have set out. Each contact attempt is logged on our system.

You can designate up to 5 Substitute Beneficiaries and set the sequence and timetable according to which they are contacted. For security reasons, we never inform Beneficiaries that they have been added to LegacyApp.

Do I need LegacyApp on my phone to use the GOLD Plan?

Yes — the GOLD Plan is an add-on service to the LegacyApp application. All notes are created and stored in LegacyApp on your phone. Download the app on iOS or Android. Purchase the GOLD Plan here and activate it with a code in the app.
